What
is it? 
A four week program of fitness instruction and positive
coaching from Adventure Fitness trainer Jason
Brown.
What
if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they
are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged!
Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
Each day will slightly increase in intensity. Awards and
certificates are given to those who inspire others and improve
the most!
What
types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Crunches, short distance running (less
than one mile), lunges, calisthenics, jumping rope, hiking,
resistance training and push-ups, pull-ups , medicine ball
training, obstacle courses, PAR Courses and more! EVERY EXERCISE
CAN BE MODIFIED TO VARIOUS STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE LEVELS!.

Assiniboine Park.
How
often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday
for one hour during the four-week program. All participants
will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:45
AM .

What
do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights ( 5-8 lbs.),
running shoes, and a sense of adventure. These items can be
purchased at any local Walmart. You will be given details
prior to the start of camp. Call with questions (204) 885-5349.

what will I get out of it?
You will acquire a completely new body that will surely make
you proud. By participating, you will also get a FREE
ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP T-SHIRT. In addition, you will receive
a free training journal!!

should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and
mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who
share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body
and mind. You will be finished with your training before the
rest of the world has even gotten started!
What
is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299.
That's twenty hours of instruction! It averages out to just
$14.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere fitness
instruction for that incredible price?

Options:
You can also choose to come three days per weeks for a discount
of $119. Total cost is just $180.
We
are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You
will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the
start of camp. Once we receive your registration information
you will be notified to make an appointment.
